If it's the same stuff i asked my Dr about, i was told to be careful with the water enhancers because it contains aspertaine (SP?), so i just never tried it.

Found this on their website:
MiO is sweetened with acesulfame potassium and sucralose, a calorie-free, artificial sweetener that is 600 times sweeter than sugar.
I guess it depends on what your doctor says about your intake of those sweeteners.
