what size toms ?
i'm a 7 1/2 but they only make whole sizes right?

They come in half sizes but you might want to consider sizing down- they stretch.

Yes they come in half sizes
for me I wear a size 9.5 and ordered the 9.5 they were a bit snug but after walking around they stretch out.

I would go try them on before you order. I was a 7-5 in one type and an 8 in another type.
They do stretch but are so comfortable...

The reviews on their website are pretty helpful too. I ordered a size up in the style I bought based off of them and they're perfect.
They should be almost too tight when you buy them and they'll stretch and form to your feet.

Urban Outfitters sells Toms, just be careful if a lot of people tried them on their might be stretched out.
