Canker Sore
I have a painful canker sore on my cheek. I cannot even chew on that side at all... My whole inside cheek hurts. Is there anyghing that is safe to put on it?

Do a salt water rinse a few times a day it will help them heal quicker

OMG at one time I was the queen of those darn things.. I'd get them ALLLL THE TIME!!
I found the only thing that helped was Peryoxyl, it's a mouth wash specifically for sores made my Colgate.
It's toothbrush aisle at Target.. CVS.. etc. Definitely pick yourself up a bottle!!
