Looking for a seller's attorney that is cheap. I know cheap isn't always better or never better but we are tight on money since we are already expecting a loss if we actually sell the house.

I am in southshore, western suffolk (don't know if location really matters too much for lawyers).

Also, how much was yours. Hard to know what cheap is without a number to compare to. I believe the average is $1000. Could be wrong.
