scanapico brothers landscaping masonry blacktop review

We are happy with the product, layout and the price (we shopped around) and how the work was done within one day. We had a old brick/cement porch that was covered by a wood porch all removed along with a walkway. The old stoop wasn't even close to salvageable - completely a mess more so then they expected so they and to remove it all.

Getting in contact with initially wasn't a quick response but after a week they did return the call and made an appointment which they didn't blow off which made us happy. I had many never return the call or they never showed up to the appointment we made and its very hard for me to meet up with people since I have FT job and a business.

During the construction we had constant communication on what was happening since hubby and I stayed home to make sure things when well. We had to make some decisions while they were roping things out since we originally planned for one thing when they roped it out they recommended to do something else and we agreed.) They also didn't trample my flower bed which made me happy.

The only thing is next time I want everything in writing (its more of a comfort thing) they are very verbal with everything. After they cleaned up and we did a final look over we realized the stucco on the front didn't happen which they are coming back (in two weeks) to do. I admit since hubby and i were both home I should of checked before they cleaned up that it was done.

We are getting a price hopefully to do a double driveway that I plan to do before winter.

thanks - if the driveway is inexpensive enough to do i hope that is next otherwise we keep saving for siding which as you see is but its so freaking expensive since we need windows as well.

It looks great! We had Scanapico do a lot of work for us back in late 2009 & we were VERY happy with them! They replaced our sidewalk, widened our driveway, removed a tree, installed IG sprinklers & re-graded/planted our front lawn...I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

i can home and walked on it for the first time - its even better then yesterday for me. Really made such a difference and so happy with it. I am even surprised the shake stayed on as much as it did - they really must of taken care when working on that area since there is so much rot.
