We put an offer on a house!
I am so excited, we put an offer on a house in Commack!!  Our co-op in Bayside is still on the market, and someone is interested, but we decided to go for a house even though we may have the co-op awhile longer. The co-op is paid off so it would not be two mortgages and hopefully this interested buyer works out. DS is 11 months and it is getting harder to contain him and all of his stuff in our tiny space. We have been to the house and the area several times and we love it! 4 bedrooms, finished basement, inground pool, huge deck and backyard, the kitchen is small but the dining room is huge. We have tons of family in Commack/Smithtown/St. James so this will be so nice if it works out! Just had to share, we are being hopeful!
