Last year I bought the quilted Jayden tote. I used it last summer as my everyday bag. I took it out yesterday to start using it again and it looks like complete crap. The nylon looks stretched out, the leather handle is splitting and there's a ton of stitching ripped.

Just wondering if its worth taking it up with them.
