TMI warning!!! Help me decipher...
is it possible that I lost my mucus plug or am I just bleeding after internal?
Its def not typical red or pink blood. Its more gelatinous/mucusy and brownish/pinkish.
HELP!!! I am dying to know if its the plug or just my sensitive cervix bleeding..
Any ideas or input appreciated!!!

Definitely sounds like your mp. I lost mine while in labor in GIANT chunks over the course of the 3 hours I was home in labor and lost even more when I was at the hospital. Every contraction, another HUGE glob would come out. Fun! I never knew it could be SOOOOOOO much! It can regenerate, but by the time mine was tinged (and then crazy bloody) I freaked and went to the hospital. I was already at 5 cm when I got there. DD was born 3.5 hours later.

hmm...mine wasnt huge. But maybe there is more to come?
Its quite possible. I lost mine over the course of 4 days. I even called my Dr because I didn't think it was normal to lose so much. I'm hoping this is the start of things for you!

I agree, sounds like mucus plug..however, i had also lost mine at 38weeks and still never went into labor...was induced at 41 weeks...but everyone is different! Good luck!

I believe you can lose it over time or all at once....I think I lost mine last week...it was like...uummm not to sound too nasty but for me it was as if I blew my nose (a lot) into the tissue when I wiped...but since then it has happend a little bit here and there never as much as that first time.
such lovely topics we get to discuss here...as nasty as it is Im glad we can and do
