Looks like I'll be seeing my babies about 3 times a month.

I went to the ob and that bleeding I had turns out to be a small subchorionic tear. And I have placenta previa. I am already on lovenox but I'm going to see Dr. Kofinas too. So I'll see him every other week and the ob every 3 weeks. The OB didn't seem concerned though and made it sound like it's totally treatable with close monitoring.

i love dr kofinas..in fact seeing him tomorrow morning.

did they tell you not to bd etc bc of the previa?

i was put on pelvic rest at 11 weeks.
good thing is my previa is totally gone now!

i didnt have the hematoma...but i am sure kofinas will keep an eye on it!!x

I was on rest until further notice from transfer and never asked if we could. We are both too afraid. I told DH it's good but not THAT good to risk anything

Oh and they upped my due date by 2 days based on how they were measuring. So the new EDD is 11/12 instead of 11/14!

your edd is not based on growth or size. its strictly based on day of retrieval or transfer. trust me i asked kofinas a million times lol

so lets say you are 6 w and due jan 1 but baby measures at 6w5d...you are still 6w pg and wont change the jan 1 edd.

Oh really?!? I told him I'm 8 weeks this wed and when ER was (2/21) and he said they were measuring 8 weeks now and changed my due date I go to him Thursday. I need to make an appointment. My due date really doesn't matter since it's twins and will most likely be earlier anyway. They say like 37 weeks according to baby center so 10/25.

nope ...tell kofinas the retrieval and transfer date...and see what he says and ask if the edd is a constant.

now when they THINK you should deliver is a whole different ball game :)

I thought that's how they did it. They were really annoying me at the hospital. They kept asking for lmp and I told them I'm due 11/14 and the ER was 2/21. They would say but when was your last period. Morons! Then they acted like im the moron "oh you dont remember?". Ummmm I was on a month of bfp and lupron so I just got AF a week or so after I stopped bcp and they stimmed me. Lmp means absolutely nothing. My due date is 11/14!!
