we had a poweroutage by us
Bob and I come home and we have No lights and the power was out now they put a temperory generator on so we can have lights and ac and tv.i would be lost without this computer. i have a question how did our grandparents do without lights and tv back than i would have went crazy by now.

my mothers mom was 95 years old and my grams who passed away 1 year ago was 87 years old.

I used to love power outages as a kid. We were forced to entertain ourselves without electricity and we usually had the greatest time doing it. It helped being one of 4 kids with vivid imaginations

last year we were without power for nearly a week. Minus the ac being out, I enjoyed the quality time with my husband.
