How to tell your job?

I'm just about ready to start announcing my pregnancy at work but am not sure how to do it.

I have three people under me (one just started today) and two direct managers. We all meet once a week to discuss our projects and whatnot.

Do I tell *everyone* at our next meeting, or do I just speak with my two managers alone first and then tell my team later on? Or something else altogether?

Also, what exactly do i say? I'm friendly with them all, but feel very awkward telling them.

I had a quick meeting with my direct managers and jut said hey I'm pregnant!! They thought I was quitting so they were pleasantly surprised :)
Then I just spread the word

I would tell your managers first and then your teams / direct reports after that.

ETA: I had to tell my boss a week earlier than I planned b/c he gave me a hard time about taking a day off for a doctor's appt. So I played the pregnancy card...and have done so a few times since!

i would say something like, i just wanted to let you know i am expecting a baby.... i would let your managers know first then tell everyone else.

I had a hard time with this.. told my supervising physician, then told my two colleagues within an hour of one another. I stumbled a bit, choked on my workds, and finally spit out that i was pregnant adn due in July.
