YUP...but he was an electrican. BUT he was running away from the cops...so he must have been up to no good anyway. But still that thought is frightening

I heard that and I still think , what the heck was he running so far and so fast for if he didnt do anything wrong??? If he had STOPPED he' might be alive!

I agree, but I think there are many misunderstandings that lead to the wrong people being shot. Look at Amadou Diallo...Police gunned him down when he was reaching for his wallet, thinking he was grabbing a gun...He did not understand English well when they were screaming commands at him...There is a book called Malcolm Gladwell called Blink...An excellent book...It is about the thinking that occurs in the blink of an eye..The first two minutes judging someone in an interview, etc...So the fact is, police judge situations in the blink of an eye because they have to. I don't envy them, but the facts tell us that if you are the wrong nationality or color, you may run just because you are afraid of the brutality you will endure if you stand to face them. We all know the justice system here or abroad is not as fair as we would like to think.

I read Blink..I liked it a LOT! Very interesting...but they showed video of the London Subway guy..he was jumping turnstills and fences..I mean if he did nothing wrong???
