Take out dinner suggestions! Sort of ivf related
My husband is not home for dinner so I want to get take out. I had my transfer yesterday and am on a low sodium diet. I've been eating healthy for the most part. I'm dying for a burger from Five guys but know I prob shouldn't. Any ideas or suggestions?? Tia

Hmm .. is there a sandwich/wrap place you could order from? Like Pantano's?
That's a good option because it's easy to just pick from it.
I remember being really bloated after the transfer and it being uncomfortable to eat a regular size portion.
Red meat helps with blood flow, apparently. I don't see anything wrong with a burger and a small salad!

Yes there is a healthy cafe type place nearby that I can get a wrap from but I have such a craving for a
Burger. The protein is good just worried abou the salt. I'm bloated but still have a tremendous appetite go figure
