Getting excited!

Tuesdays blood work was hcg 147, prog 18.3.
Today's was 449 and 19.3!

I'm a little worried about the progesterone. I am 4w1d. My next appt is for the 16th with a sono. Would you repeat the bloodwork before then to check on progesterone? My dr didn't suggest it, he seems to think these numbers are fine, but I am a worry wart.
