Why would you use any travel site for just airfare? If I just want to book airfare, I will go directly to the airline's website. I never found it to be cheaper to book airfare with expedia, travelocity, priceline, etc.
The only time I use travel sites is if I am booking a hotel and the travel site gives me a better deal than the hotel directly or if I am booking a package (hotel + air) and the travel site offers me a savings as opposed to booking them separately.
