Sort of spinoff to tuna post
If you make tuna salad/ sandwich at home , how do you make it ? I don't even like tuna that much and almost never eat it , but have been craving it on and off this past 2 weeks, then seeing the post about it made me want it even more, but I'd like to make it myself , at home. I looked up the recipes but so many different ways to make it, so could you pls share your recipe?
Thank you

All I do is mix in some mayo and some lemon and pepper seasoning and put it on wheat bread.

Re: Sort of spinoff to tuna post
A simple tuna salad I just throw a can of tuna (drained) and some mayo together lol. But when I'm going for a little more, I hard-boil and egg and chop it up in there and cut some celery into tiny pieces and put it in too for some delicious crunch. My MIL puts some chopped up baby gherkins in hers too but I don't love those.

Hard boiled egg with it is the best!

I dice tomato, red onion, cucumber and throw in sweet corn. Mix with Mayo and a little salt and pepper. It is delicious. For my sandwich add pepper-jack cheese and i am happy.

Re: Sort of spinoff to tuna post
In addition to mayo, I sometimes do apples, onion/shallot. I also like chopping up some olives in there. I know what I'm having for lunch today!

Re: Sort of spinoff to tuna post
I use the tuna in a pouch. I add mayo and some honey for a bit of a sweet kick to it. Every once in a blue moon, I'll add celery.
