If I want to try lining the inside of my lashline do I
need a special eyeliner since it's going inside my eye? I wear contacts and I've never tried it before but it's a look I've been meaning to try. Pardon my make-up ignorance. Thanks!

I wear it all the time and have contacts. I just use one of those pencils (I think I use Maybelline) that you don't have to sharpen.

Make sure it's waterproof since that's a 'wet' area!

i use a gel that dries vs pencil..and if your waterline ( thats what they call it) is too moist use a q tip first to dry the area

drugstore...try physicians formula gel eyeliners ...they come in sets of three in little cubes with a brush.....clean waterline..apply...hold the eye down a little while drying and viola shold be good most of the day...i dont know about pencils cause they never stay on my lashline....btw pf is 40%off at cvs now xo

Are you referring to the bottom lash (waterline) or top lash (tightline) ?
I've never been able to keep a waterline on but I tightline with a super sharp soft pencil (Lancome)

I tried tightlining and could not get it to look good at all.
I need someone to show me how to do it.
I waterline only for special occasions.

You may just have to experiment to see if your eyes are more sensitive to one than the other. I was always able to do the waterline but I have less sensitivity issues if I stay below the line. I cannot wear any mascara or contacts, so other people may not even have issues with sensitivity. I now stay below the waterline but I really like the look of one color on waterline and one below. I do experiement with eyeliner because it can make up a little bit for not having mascara on.

From Sephora or Ulta, I liked 24/7 Urban Decay. My favorite color is Rockstar. It's a dark purple, but it's not as harsh as black. (My skin is so fair)
It's not the BEST EVER but in my opinion it's as good as they come! Def the best I've tried...
