Who usually attends the inspection?
Our real-estate agent said she would like to be there...do the owners go? the buyers? anyone else?

We are buying a house. For the inspection it was me and my DH and our realtor (and of course the inspector LOL)

Usually at least 1 agent, its helpful if sellers are nearby to answer questions and you can go yourself, your whole family whatever your preference is!

it varies, but based upon the 2 I've been thorugh it is about everyone and their brother..
your agent, seller agent, inspector, buyers, sellers, and if they are first time homebuyers it always seems like some parental units.
