Prenatal yoga
Ii was interested in taking prenatal yoga. Can anyone give me a referral on where is a good place to go? I live in Nassau county. Thanks

I've been going to Kashmir Hands in Hempstead. The class is very small so you get a lot of personal attention.

I recommend Harmony Yoga and Dance in Wantagh. Best thing I did while pregnant.

Just to let you know, New Baby Belly closed down at the beginning of March. I was so sad, I loved that place!

Absolute Yoga in Woodbury is very good. I went to my first class yesterday and I was happy with the cleanliness and professionalism of the studio and instructor. The cost is $20 per class or you can get a package and save some money. Most importantly, the class is small and only has 12 students.
