Any had their house powerwashed by a pro?

I'm curious which companies everyone has used and their experience.

Yes. We used a solo guy who was a friend of a friend type of thing. He did a fantastic job. We will be using him again. If you want, I'll get his info for you from DH.

Whoever you use just make sure and watch that they powerwash down and not up! Siding has little holes in the bottom of it to let any water that gets in there drain out. If they spray up all that pressured water gets behind your siding creating huge moisture issues. You want to make sure they spray down!

I was just gonig to mention this same thing! We just had our house cleaned and they didn't even use a powerwasher. They had a cleaning solution that was sprayed on and then just lightly sprayed the house down with water from a nozzle. It took off everything that we had on there and looks beautiful! Just be careful.
