I haven't gone through any IUI's yet but i'm so sorry your not feeling well.
Did you ask your RE about the pain before it got this bad and she told you it was just ovulation?
I think I would call back and find out if this is normal.
Hope you feel better soon!

Thanks so much!! After lots of rest today, I'm feeling better and the pain went away.
