i am not at all on top of what is happening in the hollywood industry but at work yesterday they were talking about her and how much weight she gained blablabla.
so i started reading and apparently shes over 170 lbs already, 5'3 - i mean in her pics she doesnt even look lke herself.

then i read somewhere that she signed on with WW for 3 million to be their spokesperson or something and to go down to like 105lbs.....
i dont wanna be a brat. but im thinking shes probably gaining extra weight just for this deal. did this cross anyone elses mind?

I didn't hear about the WW deal but I feel like she has been pregnant for 2 YEARS!!!! She looked 6 months pregnant in the Halloween pic that she announced her pregnancy!!!

No way she is only 170. I am the same height as her and I got pregnant this time when DS#1 was 10 months and still had a lot of weight left from him because my dad died right after he was born and just stopped caring for myself. I am normally 125-130, I was 175 when I got pregnant this time around...a size 12/14. I am now 203 at 39 weeks pregnant and I don't look ANYWHERE near as large as Jessica Simpson, although I am pretty large looking.

I am guessing that she is around the 220 range, maybe a BIT smaller. But she does like to eat. Her weight fluctuates so much so I am guessing that she is using this pregnancy to just eat as much as she wants...which is totally fine. She has said herself that she's a big foodie.

And I am certain that she has a WW deal, it seems like all the celebs are going that route these days after pregnancy.

from what I've seen of her all these years, from newlyweds, etc, she seems like the type that would take pregnancy as a time to overindulge. everyday. to the extreme. haha. good for her for getting a 3m contract to lose it after though!

yeah she does look over 170.
im 175 and i feel skinny looking at her pics lol....
i never watched her shows so i wouldnt know anything.

I agree...she looks like someone who see pregnancy as a time to over indulge (she says she eats pop tarts and butter) but I also think a lot of it has to do with her Weight Watchers deal!

I def. think she is over 200 pounds. She stated her weight at her thinnest. I think she mentioned 110/120 which is not where she was when she got pregnant. I think she might of been around 140, and then I heard she gained about 60 pounds, and that would put her at 200. She looks over 200 to me.

Regardless, every time I see her on tv interviews or pictures, she is stuffing her face with onion rings, brownies or coming out of a fast food restaurant.

Now don't get me wrong. I am gaining a lot of weight. I don't always eat healthy. I understand cravings. But I think she just overdoes it tremendously. If I had her money, I could have healthy and craving satisfying meals made for me from my personal chef! I think she is solely enjoying being pregnant and having the excuse to eat and isn't maybe thinking about the best nutrition for her child. I bet with the weight watchers gig too, it is kind of like a backbone. Like she might think, ok, so I'm going a bit overboard but I'll be getting back into shape promptly with personal trainers and the weight watchers eating routine. If she knows she has to be strict with her diet, maybe she is getting it all out of her system now. I know that I don't have time or money for a personal trainer and my diet stays almost the same (with or without being pregnant) so I am not going at it with the same perspective she might have from having the options to lose the weight quicker and easier.

magazines had reported early on that she was eating up to two meals at a sitting. plus appetizer and dessert.. she definetely used this as a time to overindulge.. which so have i.. but im up 14 and at 22weeks do not look as big as she did at 16..

btw- wouldl totally share 3m with you ladies to lose the weight after! just saying..

I saw her on the tonight show a few days ago and thought she looked like a slightly better looking version of Kirstie ally.

Slightly.

She looks awful.

Which makes me think she is packing it on for the contract.

I dont think she looks that bad. I think she is carrying a huge baby and also her tent-like dresses are not flattering at all.

But her arms looks small still though.

I was 180 and I am 2 inches shorter and I looked that big. I think part of it are her choice of clothes. And really who cares how big we get. I was eating whatever I wanted during pregnancy

Cut her a break! She struggles with her weight to begin with.... of course she's going to gain a lot while pregnant. I gained 62 lbs with DD #1 and was 207 lbs... I was miserable after. I didn't lose all of it and am preggo again, and am trying really hard not to gain too much, but it is so difficult, especially if you are one who puts on weight easily.

No way! I am 5'2" and weighed 178 when I delivered my son. That weight creeps up on you and is miserable. I have no doubt this is just her being pregnant and nothing to do with endorsements. she struggles with weight to begin with so I am not surprised by her weight gain. It just happens.

tahts why i wrote i dotn follow the hollywood industry... i have no idea she struggles with weight...

i know we're pregnant. i;m up 40lbs already and i have another 8 weeks to go.

It just made me that if maybe she only gained lets say 30-40lbs she wouldnt be used by WW for her weight loss.
or maybe im wrong.
