Sandals Royal Caribbean or Sandals Grande Ocho Rios

Changed vacation ideas so many times already. If anyone has stayed at either of these 2 Sandals, which did you prefer? Both are reasonable and seem to have gotten really good reviews on trip advisor.

not sure... but if you're looking at Jamaica- we just went to Ocho Rios in February, and stayed at The Jewel Dunn's River Falls. We LOVED it!! i was unsure at first, bc i had never heard of it before... but it got really good reviews on trip advisor, so we gave it a shot
we loved it!! the room was nice, food was great (lots of choices),nice beach and pool areas, and the staff was so great- they had just had a "whatever you want, we'll do!" attitude! from what i've heard, its smaller than the sandals, which made it nice- more personal, less crowded, easier to chairs by the beach or pool and tables at dinner...
Granted, this was the first AI we've ever gone to, so we didn't have anything to compare it to... but we loved it

We stayed at Sandals Royal Caribbean in October--we actually won the trip on a game show. My review on Tripadvisor was a bad one--we didn't enjoy our time there, the hotel was just so run down and activities were far and few. Personally, we had a lot more fun at a Couples Resort in Jamaica but if I had to give a recommendation, I'd try Grande Ochos Rios because I just didn't like Royal Caribbean!
