A personal question about having sex when you're pregnant
How "involved" are you when you're actually having sex during you pregnancy? At 29 weeks I feel like all I can do is lay there. Any position that involves me physcially participating is too much on my stomach muscles and I end up with a very tight and achy stomach afterwards. I feel bad literally just laying there, although I still enjoy myself, but it's all I can manage at this point. I know DH doesn't mind but it still bothers me.

I try to balance being "active" vs lying there... I usually tire out on top so we end up in a missionary or side position. I make sure DH is "warmed up" and ready to go so he gets some attention kwim?

29 weeks here and I am still trying to put in some effort but I'm pretty uncomfortable. I just try to particpate as much as I can he understands when I'm exhausted though and he just does his thing

Not to mention I was dry as sandpaper

Ugh I try very hard to stay involved but I just can't. I don't enjoy any form of sexual activity other than pleasing my husband. EVERYTHING feels different...sort of like numb, its very hard for me to achieve the big O and I would be perfectly happy if I didn't have to do it for the rest of my pregnancy I can't just lay there either, I just can't.
