Spring break beginning and end

I want to plan a trip to Key West and want to avoid spring break time. I was at Atlantis in Bahamas once during spring break and wasn't too happy with the young crowds everywhere we turned. I know with colleges and high schools and different states, it falls different weeks. Does anyone have an idea of when it is safe to go when spring break is totally over? I was hoping to go maybe mid April or the last week in April.

I think after passover you should be good. Most school have break in march but I know when I was in college my school had a high jewish population so it was passover week

You would be safe going the third or fourth week of April I think.

def not march! we just got back from a cruise that also stopped in key west and there were college kids everywhere, on the boat and key west too... i think you are safer either end of february or starting after easter break, so towards the end of april and forward.
