Other than pansies or violas, still to early to plant anything outside, unless you do pots and bring them inside during cold nights.
Good rule of thumb for outdoor planting is Mother's Day.

snow peas, lettuce are direct sow this weekend. I have started indoors about four days ago pansies, peppers and gladiolas.
The next waive of direct sow are beets, then carrots and I am missing one other that should be beginning of April or mid April gotta see the schedule at home. Last is Corn that must be after the freeze date.
