Those of you who have done acupunture

I have been doing acupuncture for six months now. I have very light periods that last just for a day and half to two days. This is caused by blood stagnation as per my acupuncturist. In spite of doing acupuncture regularly for the past six months, instead of my cycles getting better, they have gotten worse. Has anyone seen an improvement with their periods after acupuncture? If yes, who is your acupuncturist? I am not talking about reducing stress or relaxation. Sorry if this is tmi (after 4 ivfs, there is no such thing as tmi in my dictionary ). I specifically want to know if you have had positive changes with your periods..things like if you have heavy/very light periods, they are more regulated after doing acupuncture. Thanks

I had cycles lasting 40-60 days. After going to one I have 28 -30 day cycles. I also took herbs. That was before I was on any IF medication. I go to dr yang. She specializes in infertility.

A little bit of my history...

Period started early at 11. Regular cycles throughout high school and most of college. Very irregular cycles (due to PCOS) started in early 20s. Most time I have maybe 1 or 2 full periods a year.

I began seeing a Chinese acupuncturist on January 27. January 28-February 6 I had a full period.

February 21-February 27 I had another full period.

I should be getting this month's period in the next week or so.

My acupuncturist is 100% responsible and I believe that! She has 25 years clinical experience in Acupuncture and was an MD in China. I see her 2x a week and she gives me an herbal tea that I drink every night. She has other patients who also see her for infertility issues. She has an office in Great Neck and in East Northport. Her cost is reasonable ($60 per session/$109 with a week of tea).

My cycles were 40 days long and within a month they were down to 32 days, the next month 30, the next 28 days. I see Dr. Li in Huntington, he is an MD in China and a PhD here (my insurance covered it because he's an actual doctor). He did not presribe me herbs, but he did for my DH. He has offices in smithtown and Flushing also. His info is on his website mdacupuncture.net.
