Love this swimsuit and it's on sale...but
Would it work on me because I'm busty?
And what size would I get? I'm a size 6 now, in jeans and a size small in shirts. But should I get a size bigger to cover my tatas?

I am pretty busty, and wouldn't get it because I find ones like that make me look like I have pancake boobs, and just push them down. I'm much better in ones with cup areas for the boobs.

I only wear cups when I wear bikinis. For tankinis and other suits, I prefer shelf bras.
ETA: my main concern is that my boobs would be falling out of the cut out part, lol!

That's what I was going to say. You might get the underboob hanging out.

Since it's a one piece, a bigger size for your top half may end up being too big for your bottom half.
