How often can we take a stool softener?
I have been taking one every night this past 2 weeks but it is not helping much any more 
Can I take it more than 1x a day? I don't drink enough water , it makes me very nauseous , but I try to eat fiber and drink other fluids. This is only my first trimester so it'll only get worse

I was told I can take colace one pill 3 times a day

I was told to take Colace 3x day until regulated, then cut back to once a day. if constipation starts again go back to 3 then regulate and try twice and then try to cut back again to 1...

I take two every night with my prenatal. when it was really bad, I took three.

Don't know about while pregnant but after I gave birth, i was taking it three times a day. You actually reminded me to get some for after the baby comes. Thank you!

thank you so much for asking this!!! I was just wondering this the other day since I noticed my colace bottle said to consult a physician if using for more than 7 days in a row or something like that, so I was thinking it wasn't safe to take every day! Good to know we can take it so often! I think I'll take one every other day for now and see if it keeps me regular

thanks ladies. My cousin just came over and I told her I asked about a stool softener on a public forum , first she was  and then she was lol, yeah I said, wait till you get pregnant, I said you don't know what it feels like to have this issue and be in pain from not being able to go
