Wahhh! Sorry, that sucks.... 
I have acne-prone skin too and was using Clean & Clear salicylic acid spot treatment till I found out that was BAD. I switched to a Neutrogena benzoil peroxide cream and it actually works better than the Clean & Clear ever did!

wait a sec we can't use that one? that's the same one I always use too!! Well thanks for the tip on Neutrogena, I'll have to buy that one!

Me too! It's so bad!  My dermatologist told me not to use benzoyl peroxide or salycilic acid. So I stopped using anything with those ingredients. I'm really hoping this is just a first trimester thing and that it doesn't last the whole pregnancy!

I have been breaking out too this pregnancy ~ mostly on the top part of my back and some on my face. I am feeling you....
