yoga?
Is yoga safe during pregnancy? I bought a package of yoga classes on groupon and i still have a few left. I am only 6 weeks pregnant and the studion does not offer prenatal yoga.

i did "gentle yoga," while pregnant until I was put on bedrest. It wasn't just necessary geared towards pregnant women. You're just not supposed to do anything on your stomach, or have your arms up for a long period of time. I think you're okay on your back at your stage - but as you get further along, and into your second trimester, you're not supposed to be on you're back for a long period of time either. I'd double check with your Dr. just in case.

Yes I practice now. Just don't do twisting or any crazy moves, tell the teacher I've in your first tri and they should give you modifications! Good luck!
