I have some questions....TMI!
Ok,...so PIO I am taking 1 ml. HOLY BURN Batman! Is this normal????
TMI HERE:
I cannot poop! I have no gone in 3 days. I am cramping and feel like an elephant is on my stomach. The nurse thinks it might be the PIO. But I did a colon cleanse on Wednesday before the ER. I have eaten greasy food, prune juice, salads, prune juice, a yogurt, and apple. NOTHING!!!!!!!!
I have even tried meds! Anyone have an experience?!?!?!

Ugh I am right there with you!
I am currently on PIO & Endomterin and finally went after a week! 
Its def from the progesterone! I have been drinking Metamucil and finally gave in and took Colace the other night.

I have always found eating prunes to be more effective than drinking prune juice.

Yes and sometime 2x a day & drinking a lot of water.
Good luck! It sucks!! I know!
