Difference in weights...DD1 to DC2!
I had Gestational Diabetes with my first pregnancy and my DD was big when she was born..9lbs 10 oz. I was getting growth sonos weekly with that pregnancy starting at 33 weeks and I recorded them all in my pregnancy journal.
I do not have GD this time and have another c-section scheduled, so the dr hasn't done as many growth sonos. I had one at 32 weeks and had one again yesterday, at 37 weeks.
The baby weighed 7lbs 4oz yesterday on the growth sono. The doc said that it is a "normal" weight, about the 60th percentile, and that he thinks the baby will be about 8 lbs in 2 weeks when I deliver.
I went back through my old pregnancy journal and at 37 weeks with my DD she was measuring 9lbs 2 oz!
I have a feeling that this baby will be a lot smaller then she was which is kinda weird to me!

You can probably feel the difference too. I know this one for me is BIG.
Talk about big differences! and with the exception of DS So far I have gained the same
DS1 was 6.7
DD1 8.6
DD2 5.7
This one feels huge!

Re: Difference in weights...DD1 to DC2!
It's amazing, isn't it? My first DS was born at 37 weeks 3 days and was 9 lbs 7 oz. I did NOT have GD.
My second son was born at 37 weeks 2 days and was 7 lbs 12 oz and I did have the GD (ad the dangerously high blood pressure, which is why he was taken 3 weeks early)!!
When I was at my doc appt. the morning I gave birth, the sono estimated him at 7 lbs 2 oz at 37 weeks... So sounds like your estimates are right on target with mine! We all know now that he was born that night and weighed 7 lbs 12 oz, so the estimates were on the lower side!
