The guy was nice enough. I was getting an estimate for a whole bathroom re-do but he convinced me to do a mini makeover instead since my bathroom is in great shape (it's just not my style).
I do need a new floor bc whoever did it, didn't do a good job on the mud floor and the grout is practically all out and the tiles are cracking.
He quoted me $2k for a new mud floor, tiling, and the removal and installation of new vanity. Vanity costs not included.
Setting up a few more estimates.
