Need Ob who delivers at Stony Brook

Hey everyone. I hate my ob's office and need a new one where they have the sono's in the practice and the dr's actually know how to read a chart.

Since I made the choice to leave I've been actively searching and haven't been sold on anyone so far.

Looking for some more current patients to share their experiences.
The 2 who were recommended to me by friends are Dr. Reavis, in Holtsville and Dr. Narian in Patchogue. Any input on these dr's ?

Or any other dr's you girls are in love with?

I can't recommend a regular obgyn since I go to one of there high risk doctors but if you want to check it out. I switched over this pregnancy ~ I used to go to Suffolk OBGYN they deliver at St. Charles. My first pregnancy when ever there was a problem they would send me here. So this pregnancy I just made the leap and so far I am very pleased with the office and everyone is so nice. Clean and they do sono's in house.

I go to Reavis... He's great and I love all the staff there... Very friendly, down to earth office... The only thing I dislike and Im not sure if this is a common problem there, but my record had wrong info in it time after time... And it wasnt until I got snippy with them, that the errors finally got corrected... No one knew my due date... I had like 3 diff ones... I knew what it was all along and so did reavis, but everyone else was all messed up... Made me wonder what other info was wrong KWIM? So just be aware to keep on top of them with that kind of stuff

The wait there is at least 30 mins for reg office visit, but sono's you are taken in right away
