With my 1st I got the Chicco Ultrasoft Carrier and I liked it a lot. It was great to have my hands free so I could do other stuff. Only thing is, I could see it being a little uncomfortable as baby gets bigger (I didn't use it that much once DD got bigger). This time around, since I figured I'd be babywearing a bit more since I also have a toddler to chase after, I got a Boba 3G carrier. It's a lot more ergonomic and comfortable, especially when carrying larger/heavier kids. You can also use it with larger kids and place kids in a back carry when they are older. I've also heard really good things about the Ergo.
