If you had an amino
Where did you have it done and what doctor performed it? I am currently scheduled for it at my OB's office but I would prefer to have it at a hospital with a doctor the does them routinely so the risk of miscarriage is lowered even further. TIA!

I had mine done at Madonna Perinatal in Brightwaters. The Dr. was awesome. I don't remember his name though.

I didn't have the amnio, but I had the CVS testing at 12 weeks. Same thing, but the sample is drawn from the placenta, not the amniotic fluid.
I had it at Winthrop Perinatal Associates in Mineola.

I had mine done at Madonna Perinatal in Brightwaters. The Dr. was awesome. I don't remember his name though.
I had an amnio with my 1st at Madonna in Mineola by Dr. Goldstein. He is awesome! I had CVS done in this pregnancy at Madonna also, but by Dr. Bergman in Brightwaters. The doctors at Madonna are very experienced.

I had my amnio done by my first OB at his office.
I saw Dr Goldstein at Madonna for other issues. He is awesome.

They were awesome and the Dr was a perinatolgist which statistics show that amnios done by perinatlogists have even lower miscarrage risk
He had a great bedside manner too- had me laughing and eased my mind.
I barely felt it
