Is seltzer safe?
DH and I are having a debate.... Is seltzer safe to drink during pregnancy?
I say yes, he says no

Totally safe! it's just water with carbonation bubbles....I live on it, especially when out to dinner etc!

Absolutely! Its safer than even ginger ale because regular ginger ale has corn fructose syrup which isnt good for you or baby AND diet ginger ale which doesnt have corn fructose syrup has Aspartame which is a sugar alternative which still isnt good for you and should only be had in moderation...
I drank seltzer for my nausea through my entire first trimester and saved the diet ginger ale for the days it was absolutely unbearable...

Definitely! They say to stay away from soda bc of the sugar and caffeine, not the carbonation.
