This might be a really dumb question
But here it goes anyway.
If I am allergic to almonds do you think I can have almond MILK? I always hear about it and it sounds so good. I just don't want to deal with an itchy throat and all the other side effects I get from my allergy.

Almond milk is made from ground almonds so I would say you should avoid it.

I only drink almond milk. Just fyi its aight, not delicious
