What is your skin care routine
Specifically for your face?
I need to change somethiing. I have never had clear skin and now that I have been working out 6 days a week and sweating more, my skin is breaking out even more. Before I see a dermatologist (I really don't want to take anything medicated) I want to try on my own, so I was just wondering how everyone else does.

I just wash and moisturize. I use Neutrogena Rapid Clear on any pimples.

Try Murad. It's amazing and I love it with all my heart and can't live without it!   I use their cleanser, toner and moisturizer.
I also use Freedman's peel off and Pineapple enzyme masks a few times a week.

I like the ice cleanser by Biore
I tend to get pimples only on my forehead. For those I use Clean and Clear Advantage Mark Treatment. It clears everything up in a few days and I use it a few times at week to keep breakouts away.

In the morning, just splash water on my face, and then moisturize with any drugstore moisturizer that contains SPF-- I've used Olay, Neutrogena, Aveeno, whatever I have a coupon for.
At night, wash makeup off with Purpose cleanser (been using this for over 15 yrs!) and use Neutrogena Intensive Anti-Wrinkle-- a retinol product. Love this stuff... as good if not better than high-end retinol products I've tried.

Wash face in shower with Neutrogena face wash and Olay Pro-X cleaning system (like Clarisonic).
Out of the shower I use witch hazel as a toner and then my script lotion (sodium sufacetamide).
I have very sensitive and oily skin so if I don't leave the house I don't wear makeup. Otherwise I only wear mineral powder foundation.
At night, a gentle makeup remover cloth, witch hazel toner and the lotion again.
If I use moisturizer it's only on my cheeks and neck because I'm so oily everywhere else.

I’ve started being more careful now because if my age. Was my face in the morning & at night. I use Peter Thomas Roth to wash & during the day I use a moisturizer with SPF 15 and at night I use shiseido anti wrinkle stuff.
