Need hair help! Can I grow more of it???

Since having my 3 kids, youngest being 15 months old now. I need some desperate help with my hair. The amount of hair that has fallen out with each of them is unbelievable and it's never grown back. I've always had thin hair. But, I've had A LOT more of it. I have a lot of gray hair and let's just say that when I color it, I used to have to use the whole bottle, and now I only need to use half. I HATE, HATE, HATE my hair with a passion!!! It's past my shoulders and I don't have bangs. Any suggestions on what I can do with it?

Is there anything I can do to promote growth so it gets plentiful again? I'm already self conscious about my body and depressed about that, that I'm also upset about my hair. It truly is pitiful.

You can try some hair vitamins.
I ordered a hair/nail/skin formula from Puritan's Pride. Haven't been taking it long enough or consistently enough to see a difference but it got good user reviews and it has a lot of Biotin which is good for your hair.

Other than that, I wear clip in extensions. They have changed my life.
The difference in my confidence level when I have this full volumptious hair is night and day!

Jojoba oil. Mutli vitamin, also B vitamins, biotin
