I can work out again!
YAY yesterday was my first day back to the gym after getting pregnant. I've been lucky and just had a bad case of nausea and fatigue.
I felt much better yesterday and DH and I went to spin and I did some time on the rowing machine!
I took it nice and slow at spin and when we were doing climbs DH gave me the stink eye and I had to sit during those. He thinks I'm made of porcelain or something.
I'm so excited to feel better and get moving. I was already over weight before my BFP and I just want to make sure I'm nice and healthy throughout this pregnancy and beyond!
