Sprinkler Company - Prices

We moved into our house in November. The previous owners must have used a particular sprinkler company to turn on/off the system etc. We got a contract in the mail from this company that says for $198, they will turn on the system in the Spring, do a check up on the system in the Summer, and turn the system off in the Fall. This sounds pretty high to me but don't anything to base it on. Is this a good deal or no?

If no, who do you recommend? I'm in Ronkonkoma.

That's high. I've paid $35 for turn on/turn off.
