Has anyone heard of Jeffrey Miller in Garden City. I know he is with a practice, and just wanted to know if anyone had any experience...

He delivered my DS in '10 and is one of my obs now at Univ Plaza. I love the practice, and he is great. however, he is not a "warm and fuzzy" kind of guy- he is a straight shooter, so if thats not your cup of tea you may not be happy there.
