eyeliner that doesn't smudge hekp!
Hi!!! I usually use gel eyeliner for the lid and a pencil for bottom. My prob is very dry eyeliners make such hard lines and if I use a liner that smudges for a smokey look.... No matter what primer or setting powder I use under my eyes.. Within 30 minutes I am a racoon!! I am pretty good with makep except for this one issue! Help please!!!!

This is why I can not apply liner underneath my eyes. I look back at pictures from HS when I did and I look like a raccoon in every photo!

I'd love to know this as well. No matter what I do, it happens. I am wondering if it is my mascara.

Clinique- Brush On Cream Liner
It's amazing! It is the one and only eyeliner that I can wear on my bottom lid. I can't rave about this enough. I have the woman who did my wedding makeup to thank for turning me on to it. It stayed on without smudging for the entire day between rain, humidity, and sweating my ass off while dancing. It is sooo easy to use too. Much easier than liquid liner.

I use stila smudge stick. It is smudgeable for a few seconds and then dries and is waterproof. It comes off easily with soap or remover.

It goes on with a little brush...
There are some youtube videos on how to apply. It's kind of foolproof. I'm ridiculously not coordinated when putting on makeup and this product is a breeze.

Re: eyeliner that doesn't smudge hekp!
Two weeks ago I went to sephora looking for the same thing. Two recommendations I got were make up forever 24/7 eyeliner and Buxom bottom eyelash eyeliner. I got the Buxom as I have used MUF before and wanted something else. Must say, so far it is great. Not dry at all and a little goes a long way on bottom lashes. It was 18 dollars, I believe. Totally worth it. And remember, sephora takes returns if you aren't happy with product.

Lancome makes a soft pencil. I smudge it after applying.

Ive tried just about anything and for awhile Urban Decay 24/7 worked and then...it didn't. LOL I have been using Stila Smudge Stick for about a year and it has been the best so far-
