Prenatal yoga
Can anyone recommend a prenatal yoga place near Massapequa? I googled but the only place that came up was new baby belly, but they are closing next week.
I am willing to go to west Suffolk county too.
TIA!

Re: Prenatal yoga
Om Tara in Massapequa has a prenatal class on Saturdays.
Om Tara
I have never been there though, so I don't know anything about the class.

Re: Prenatal yoga
I go to a yoga class in Babylon. There's not a special class dedicated to pregnant women - but "gentle yoga," is geared towards anyone with injuries or who is pregnant. it works fine for me http://www.longislandyoga.com/
