Macy's Furniture
We found a sectional we like in Macy's, but have never bought from them. Is there furniture quality good?

I have a leather sectional from them for over 7 years and still looks good. The brand is Natuzzi and I have had no problems. I know a few people that have bought furniture from them and haven't had any issues.

I love Macy's, never had a problem there. Customer service is top notch, protection plan, etc...

Our living room couch and chair are from there. They have held up nicely and we have no complaints - have had them about 5 years now.
One thing - a friend pointed this out to me a while back. Some of their brands are sold out of some of the North Carolina companies. She said she got some pieces from Macy's but was able to call down there and get other pieces for less including delivery than Macy's wanted for the identical piece. So if you are interested in something - check the manufacture and get as much information about the piece if you are interested.
