Dr. B Girls - a staffing question
Is Margaret gone? DH took a call last night from "Efren" regarding billing, and he said that the previous girl was no longer there. I loved Margaret - she helped me out several times with getting payments reduced. Meanwhile, she and I settled up my account awhile ago, but now Efren is saying that a check from my insurance company is missing. I know I gave it to them, so now I'm waiting for the insurance company to send me a copy of the front and back of the cashed check.

She is gone but I think Efren does billing stuff at night, even when she was there. I got a call from him a month or so ago.

I recently got a call from him, too (at like 8 pm), about a missing check.
Margaret IS gone. They have a new office manager/billing person who seems really great (can't remember her name - but it's not the guy).
