Vegas - Eats
I have never been to a top/famous chef's restaurant. (Unless you call Bobby Flay's burger joint a restaurant).
I'm going to Vegas in about a month and would like to treat myself. I'd like to keep it around $100/person if possible but a GREAT meal. (That doesn't include drinks - we aren't heavy drinkers).
I'm open to most foods - steak, italian, sushi.

Delmonico's at the Venetian is fantastic!! It's one of Emeril's restaurants. I don't remember the prices since it was a few years ago but it was really good.

I second that! Most excellent food!! I think without drinks you should be able to keep it within $100 per person range.

Definitely agree!
Also check out The Steakhouse at Excalibur. That is pretty good as well. I've found coupons for their online as well (3 course price-fixe).
Also, if you like seafood, The Rio has a really great seafood buffet.

One website had great reviews and another had mixed. I really don't want to be dissapointed.

From what I understand, that place is over-rated. I do hear a lot of good things about Mon Ami Gabi in Paris.

If you like seafood, Rick Moonen has a really good restaurant in Mandalay Bay. It is called RM Seafood.
Bobby Flay has the delicious Mesa Grill!!!
Wolfgang Puck has many restaurants in Vegas. He has a casual place at the MGM grand and an upscale restaurant at Mandalay Bay.
Those are my suggestions.
