Dr Eric Bergson, in Bay Shore.
This is my second surgery, this was just a polyp cleanout. First time I had sinus reduction, deviated septum and polyp removal. The pain is not as bad this time around, but sneezes are still not pleasant.

I'm feeling better now, thanks. Sneezing isn't so bad anymore.  I still have some pain but nothing a tylenol can't help.
As long as the dr stays out of there with the long metal tools I'm good. It's when he goes up there and starts rooting around is when I get knocked back a few days.

and of course, if you CAN'T sneeze, you have to sneeze that much more!
FIL had a halo brace screwed into his skull a few years ago. Forgot to brace himself when he sneezed one time. Tore some of the bolts loose, and had to get them re-drilled!

I need to whine, maybe TMI and maybe it will make me feel better.
Saw the ENT yesterday, I might have MRSA in my sinuses. He swabbed me and sent out to the lab. So now I'm petrified, constant hand washing and wont touch my face.
They gave me differnet antibiotics, I assume very strong ones. They're killing me - constant cramps, feel like I have to go.. but just cramps if you know what I mean.  I could see if the cramps were the start of something but no. Just cramps.
Reading the side effect of this medication, seems like everything under the sun is a side effect so I dont know if I should call the dr or what.
Also my eyes have been a little blurry, watery and irritated since the operation, surgeon said 'it wasnt me must just be a coincidence' and to goto an eye dr. I have my fingers crossed is the raging infection in my head.
Ugh, why is nothing easy.  I keep on telling myself that it could be much much worse and to stop being a baby.
